The bigger brother of the 130, bridging the gap between freestyle
and wave. A rounded pintail and the Step-Cap-Rail for exellent
grip in fast turns and incredibly smooth and controllable in
rough, choppy conditions. The asymetrical Twin-Core-Construction
supports the flex on the toe-side, nevertheless the harder heel-side guarantees
good upwind performance. Slightly bigger than the 130 this board is also
a damn good allrounder when there are no waves around.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:
CAD DESIGN
All our boards are CAD designed.
The know-how from over 30 years of shaping boards is the key, but without a computer-database
and a CNC shaping machine it would not be possible to have an effective and sucessfull R&D.
All the experience from thousand's of hand-shaped Custom Mades developed together with various
Pro riders was put on a computer with a highly sophisticated 3D CAD software back in 2005.
Since then we can easily make accurate shapes of up to a hundreds or thousands of a millimetre with CAD
and CNC. However the time, money and effort spent on this project is paying off now and we can easily
change each single parameter on a board to find out what's best on the water.
But it is not just a CAD/CNC system that guarantees success. It is the entire set up that needs to be right.
Starting with the right software, an 100% accurate CNC shaping machine plus a comprehensive database
growing every day. But you also need reliable feedback from various riders to develop an innovative board-range.
Based at one of the windiest spots on the planet we can test our boards 300+ days per year.
We embrace and demand input from all our riders, mainly the long-term Spanish Pro Rider Jose Sanchez
and of course the current PKRA World Champion Gisela Pulido. If the shapes are not good enough for
our team, then they are also not good enough to go to production, simple.
CNC MANUFACTURING
CNC machining is THE way to produce products with minimal measurement tolerances.
Even the best shaper cannot compete with the accuracy of a CNC shaping machine. This machine can
easily make accurate shapes of up to a hundreds or thousands of a millimetre in short time.
We use this technology for both our Custom-Made boards and the manufacturing of the cores and molds
for our production boards to guarantee most accurate shapes at reasonable price.
TWIN CORE CONSTRUCTION
The Best of both World's.
A unique combination of PVC and Wood stripes using benefits from both materials:
PVC for reduced weight, Wood for thighter and faster rebound – long term!
By using specially designed asymmetrical cores for each board the toeside is slightly softer
than the heelside, thus improving both grip and easy turning. The result is a comfortable flex
with massive pop, secure fixing of the inserts and a good weight/performance ratio without
reducing thickness to a minimum.
STEP CAP RAIL
Durability, Grip and smooth handling.
A clever combination between a 3mm ABS rail for maximum shock resistance&ultimate grip
and a CAP construction creating a smooth rounded rail-shape for easy handling and turning.
NEW ROCKER GEOMETRY
Less rocker on the tips for early planning, higher topspeed and maximum edge-grip.
This way we can make the boards slightly narrower for better control in bump&jump
conditions without reducing overall performance.
CLASSIC ROCKER GEOMETRY ( 130&138&146)
More rocker on the tips for easy handling and radical turning.
The most forgiving design for beginners and for carving, still offering
good grip for upwind and good performance in lightwind.
